We wanted to tell everyone a little bit about our little son. His full name is Giuseppe Samuel Peruch. He was named after his Great Grandpa Peruch. He was born on Grandpa Peruch's 91st birthday, June 19th. He was 5 pounds and 13 oz. He was 19.5 inches long. He takes after his Daddy, with big Peruch hands and feet. Giuseppe also got his Dad's red hair. He had a cute little button nose. His lips were like his Mom's, his bottom lip was in a nice little pout. His ears were also like his Mom's.
From our time with Giuseppe we have come to know him and cherish each moment we have shared. When he was in my belly we felt his personality. He may have had a small body but his spirit was big and full of energy. We know that our son has a testimony of the gospel. As we listened and watched General Conference Giuseppe would kick like crazy. I know that it might sound silly to some, but for us that was a tender mercy from the Lord showing us that our son loves the gospel and that he knew that what the Prophet and the other church leaders were saying was true.
For those that do not know what happened, Giuseppe passed away about 24 hours before he was delivered. We went to the doctor for our appointment and there was no heart beat. Throughout the whole pregnancy there were no complications so this came as a huge shock. When he was born we discovered what had happened. The cord was wrapped around his little neck.
We hope that you all know how thankful we are for your love and support. Thank you for your prayers. I hope that you have enjoyed learning a little more about Giuseppe. He is so loved and we cannot wait until we can again hold our son in our arms. Throughout this whole experience we have learned that the most important thing that we need to do here on earth is live worthy to live with our Father in Heaven in His Kingdom. If we do that then our joy will be full and our family will be eternal. Our time on earth is short and living worthy now is our goal.

What a sweet post. Your words are very touching! You are in our prayers.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Your Aunt JoAnne is a friend of mine and told me what happened. Unfortunately we have something very much in common...we also lost our first baby due to a cord accident. It was almost 6 months ago. Her name is Alexis. Please know you are not alone. That helped me at least, to connect with others that had been through similar experiences. If you need anything, or just want to talk, please let me know. My email is amy.chinagal@gmail.com
You will be in my prayers!
Amy
