Spring is Here

We have been having a wonderful Spring 2014. On April 12th Hiram O'Connor got sealed for time and all eternity to Ashley Staker (now O'Connor). I am so glad that Nate was able to watch the kids so I could attend the wedding in Salt Lake City. Here are some pictures from my trip.

 This rock was right next to the Great Salt Lake. We stopped there to look around and enjoy the beautiful weather.

 This picture uploaded to the side. OOPS These two are such a sweet and energetic couple. I cannot wait to see what life has in store for them.

 After I got back the kids and I went on an Easter Egg hunt with our church playgroup. Cosette loved finding the eggs. Tyrus on the other hand did not. He just wanted to play on the playground. Coco was sweet enough to get some eggs for him too.

 Of course Tyrus had no objections to eating the candy inside the eggs.

 We made some fun family traditions this Easter too. We dyed eggs, made hot-cross-buns, had an egg hunt of our own and Daddy Peruch told the Easter story of the resurrection of Christ.

 We are in the process of making a farmhouse style table for our dinning room. The kids loved to help. Ty liked to use the tools and Cosette thought that the table top was her stage.

 At first Tyrus only picked the orange ones.

 He eats everything!

 Cosette found almost all of the eggs all by herself.

 We then ate our colored eggs. Look at him study that egg! He is very curious about things.

 Easter outfits! Cosette really wanted to wear the princess shoes for the picture. We pick our battles and this one was not worth the fight. It makes for a fun memory and shows her personality.

 These are the best we could do for a picture.
